Do the lights come with the products? No. This gives you the opportunity to have the voltage and vendor of your choice. We have links to vendors on the What We Do page.
Why does it take time to get orders out? As we are a small company (I do this from a shed at my home) We manufacture the props when ordered. Nothing sits on the shelf here.
How long does it take to receive my order? I try to get orders out as fast as possible. We do however have peak times and it could take up to 3-4 weeks depending on how many orders arrive.
This all seems out of my skill base. Is there help available? Absolutely. We have alot of information online from manuals to actual live help via a Zoom Room. We also have Mini’s in each state that do teach classes every year in every state. For info on these classes, Join Auschristmaslighting
Do you have props that suit Twinkly type lights? Yes! Every single prop we have can be made with a Twinkly style light hole.
